News: Beta version of Eclipse based Reload Editor
An eclipse based version of Reload Editor is available for download from [URL=http://www.reload.ac.uk/editor_eclipse.html]this[/URL] page. If you have come across any bugs/issues with this version of tool, please [URL=mailto:rc3@bolton.ac.uk]tell us[/URL].
Last stable release of Java Swing based Reload (2.5.4) is also available for download from the [URL=http://www.reload.ac.uk/editor.html]Metadata and Content Package Editor [/URL]page. This version includes support for IEEE LOM, SCORM 2004, IMS CP latest versions, and more (version 2.5.4 has bug fixes for SCORM 2004/Simple Sequencing editor). Update - 22/03/2007:
A new version(1.2.2) of Reload SCORM Player is now available for download from the [URL=http://www.reload.ac.uk/scormplayer.html]SCORM Player page[/URL]. This one has fixes for browser problems reported on some platforms.
Eclipse Based Reload Editor (Beta)
This new release of Reload editor based on Eclipse Rich Client Platform supports IMS MD (versions 1.1, 1.2.1 and 1.2.4) , IEEE LOM, IMS CP(versions 1.1.1, 1.1.2 and 1.1.4) as well as SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004(3rd edition) specifications.
Please select the appropriate download for your platform and unzip the file to a suitable directory. Please note that Java run time is not included and it should be installed/available on the host machine -

Known issues in this version
1. Help file is not updated completely.
2. When editing some Simple sequencing/SCORM 1.2 elements, editor may not mark itself 'dirty' thereby losing data when the document is closed. (workaround is to edit some other element in the document - make a trivial change, save and then 'undo' that change if it is not required !)
