You are prohibited from that by the Adobe SVG viewer license agreement.

From Section 2.5 of the Adobe SVG Viewer License Agreement (SVG Viewer License.txt)
"You are not authorized to integrate or use the Software with any other software, plug-in or enhancement which uses or relies upon the Software when converting or transforming SVG or PDF files into other file formats (e.g., a PDF file into a TIFF, JPEG, or SVG file, or a SVG file into a GIF, JPEG, PDF or SWF file)."

There are other SVG renderers available. Batik might meet your needs.
